By creating an account, accessing Spar, or arranging a session through the service, you agree to these terms and the documents linked from them.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create or approve your participation where the service permits minors, and a venue may impose a higher age threshold.

Spar provides software for fighter discovery, compatibility information, callouts, scheduling, venue requests, session confirmation, ratings, and community trust signals.

Spar is not a combat-sports promoter, gym, coach, matchmaker acting as your agent, insurer, healthcare provider, or emergency service. A listing, compatibility score, verification mark, or rating is information—not a safety guarantee.

Keep your login secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us.

Your age, identity, location, body weight, experience, discipline, gym relationship, availability, and health-related readiness must be accurate enough for safe and respectful coordination.

• Do not impersonate another person or create deceptive duplicate accounts.
• Update material changes before accepting a new session.
• Do not share private contact or safety information belonging to someone else without permission.

Treat every proposed session as optional. Consent can be withdrawn before or during a round. Respect a partner's level, agreed rules, intensity, protective equipment, stop signal, identity, and boundaries.

Threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, coercion, sexual misconduct, unsafe escalation, deliberate injury, retaliation for a report, and attempts to manipulate ratings or witness statements are prohibited.

Compatibility and discovery tools narrow options; they do not replace your own judgement, a coach's assessment, or a venue's rules. Confirm who you are training with, the discipline, intensity, time, place, equipment, and supervision before starting.

A venue request is not confirmed until its status says so. Gyms control their spaces, hours, prices, access conditions, and on-site rules. Their cancellation or liability terms may also apply.

Only record rounds that took place. Review the result while the details are fresh. Confirmation, disputes, and independent vouches must reflect what the person genuinely knows.

Ratings and ranks are product signals calculated under Spar's published rules. They are not athletic certification, medical fitness, official sanctioning, or a guarantee of future performance. We may correct, recalculate, freeze, or void records when necessary to preserve integrity.

Spar will show the price, currency, payment timing, and cancellation terms before you authorise a paid product or venue request. Beta or free access does not promise that every feature will remain free.

Venue charges may be collected by the venue or a payment provider. Unless the checkout says otherwise, the venue is responsible for supplying the booked space.

We may investigate reports, limit visibility, remove content, reset a safety agreement, adjust an incorrect record, suspend access, or close an account to protect people, comply with law, or preserve the service's integrity.

We aim to consider available evidence and severity. Urgent safety measures may be applied before a full review. You may ask support to review an enforcement decision, but we may retain the minimum record needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal claims, and auditability.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Spar a limited, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, format, translate, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service according to your visibility choices.

Do not scrape private profiles, probe security, bypass access controls, send spam, upload unlawful or infringing material, or use Spar data to build an unrelated directory, surveillance product, or discriminatory decision system.

We work to keep Spar accurate and available, but the service may change, pause, or contain errors. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spar is provided without implied guarantees that every match, person, venue, result, or availability signal is accurate or suitable for you.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional harm, or other non-waivable rights. Where limitation is permitted, Spar is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from voluntary training or reliance on user-submitted information.

We may update these terms when the product, law, or risk controls change. We will post the effective date and give additional notice for material changes when reasonably possible.

Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Georgia and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Georgia. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
